All service issues should be reported by calling our office (270) 726-2466. We are fully staffed during our normal working hours (7:30a.m. – 4:00p.m. ) Monday-Friday. After hours, weekends, and holidays there is a serviceman on call to handle any service issues. Prior to calling, please check the breakers or fuses in your service panel or other equipment to make sure the problem is not inside of the premises.
